This year are glad to have Marina with Marina’s Cuisine as our food provider for pelmeni, pirozhki and ponchiki.  Please visit her if you want to try the delicious cooking before the festival.  She offers Russian traditional food like borch, honey-walnut cake, stuffed blini, pelmeni and many other items!  Everything we tried cooked by her worth coming back and buying it again!

As always we are looking for volunteers for food preparation and serving.  If you can spend 3-4 hours in friendly environment with free food and beverages, please, submit your volunteer application online or contact us and we will phone you back to suggest convenient time and day.  Students volunteering at Heritage Festival five or more hours have a chance to win a scholarship (total number of last year winners was about 30).  Here is our menu of 2010:

	Siberian Pelmeni A variant on ravioli stuffed with meat.
	Ponchiki Ponchiki
	Blini Russian-style pancakes (blini), which will served with butter, sour cream, or jam.
	Pryaniki Russian spice cakes.
	Sushki Ring-shaped dried pastry.
	Kvas Russian specialty, made from fermented rye bread water, and very refreshing in the summer.
