The menu below is approved and submitted for Heritage Festival 2010. Right now we are looking for the best dough!  We realize that making dough in the summer tent sounds crazy to many people, so if you know a bakery that will be willing to provide dough for pirozhki or ponchiki, please let us know.

As always we are looking for volunteers for food preparation and serving.If you can spend 3-4 hours in friendly environment with free food and beverages, please, submit your volunteer application online or contact us and we will phone you back to suggest convenient time and day.Students volunteering at Heritage Festival five or more hours have a chance to win a scholarship (total number of last year winners was about 30).  Here is our menu of 2010, with addition of pirozhki/ponchiki and tea:
